County council elections

Official results of Norway’s 2015, 2019 and 2023 county council elections, for the counties as they existed in each election. Oslo holds no separate county council election; its city council also has the county’s duties.

County boundariesThe 2015 election covered 18 county councils. Trøndelag merged in 2018, and further county changes took effect in 2020; the 2019 election was for the 10 new counties. From 2024 Viken, Vestfold og Telemark and Troms og Finnmark were split again, so the 2023 election covered 15 counties (14 with county elections, excluding Oslo). Figures are shown for each county as it was in that election and are not recalculated.
