How the election works
Each voter has two votes. The first vote (Erststimme) goes to a constituency candidate. The second vote (Zweitstimme) goes to a party list and determines party strength in the Bundestag.
The two votes are different ballots and are never added together here.
The seat distribution is not imported, so valg.info shows no seat counts or coalition calculations.
